Once the team is enrolled, the owner can only change the team's chosen zone by unenrolling before the enrollment cutoff time. If an owner wants to invite someone that would cause the team's division to change, they must unenroll the team first in order to do so, and they can only do this before the enrollment cutoff time.Įach team will also be assigned to a zone, which decides what servers the team will play on as well as their schedule. After this point, the owner can only invite players that would not cause the team to change divisions, though they are allowed to do this even after matches for the stage have begun. For teams with players who are really far apart in skill, placement will be weighed by the best player's MMR more heavily. Divisions Open to Elite are divided into five tiers (some zones may have fewer tiers per division due to lower populations), with Contender being the highest division. Premier has five divisions Open, Intermediate, Advanced, Elite, and Contender. Once the owner confirms enrollment of their team, the team will be placed in a division based on the MMR of the top 5 players in the team. Professional players (defined as someone on an active Challengers League or International League team roster) are also unable to participate in Premier.
